We have converted the top three floors of this magnificent tower designed by SOM on Baltimore Wharf into ten apartments; a mix of single floor one to two bedrooms, and two to three bedroom duplexes.
We have delivered the interior fit-out and architecture packages as well as the furnishings of one show flat in a 1970s style. We are currently working on transforming more commercial floor areas into residential units in this tower.
Our services here are internal architecture and interior design, as well as the special kitchen design (as a standalone product). We provided both technical and finish specifications as well as FF&E.
